30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email info@cushevo.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Once your return is approved, items should be sent to our company address:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Washed, used, or customized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size or design is to return the original item and place a new order.
