These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cushevo.com and any purchase you make from Cushevo. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Cushevo is a trading name of BLOOMING DRAGON INDUSTRIAL LIMITED, FLAT/RM 712B, NEW EAST OCEAN CENTRE, 9 SCIENCE MUSEUM ROAD, TST KL, HONG KONG. You can reach us at info@cushevo.com.

2. Products

We sell Christmas throw-pillow covers (covers only; inserts not included) in two square sizes. We make every effort to display colors and designs accurately, but slight variation may occur between screens and the printed fabric.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, each incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Cushevo and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cushevo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
